"Use a different agent. This office will not follow thru with anything. I called months ago and left two messages to discuss my policy. Still never heard back
Then we had to switch bank accounts due to just moving here. We called and had them switch it but the bill never came out. Called again they said we needed to sign papers for automatic payments. She sent the email and I signed it with her on the phone. She said she would call back Monday if the payment didn’t come out. Never got a call. Later I got an email stating the payment would be processed on the 9th. It came and went and when I check the email again they still had the old account. I called again and spoke to Andrew he said he deleted the old account took my new account and said they would have to wait until Monday to process it. He would call me on Monday no matter what to make sure it was good. Never got a call. I then got an email saying my policy will be cancelled for non payment.
They just kept pushing off the due date and I would be more than two months behind. I switched agents. Use a different State Farm not the Andrew Blevins location."
