"We decided to change insurance from a ‘Box Store’ company to a local one. We recently had an experience with hail damage and were given bad information and poor service. We want someone on our side the next time something happens. We decided we were willing to pay more for personalized help. However, this was not the case. The premiums were similar in price!. Lille has been most helpful and knowledgeable. We recommend the State Farm office in Floyd for great service."
